Dan was born on September 29, 1958, in Woodstock, Illinois. He received a B.A. from the University of Illinois - Chicago in 1982 and received his J.D. in 1986 from John Marshall Law School. Dan serves as General Counsel for the Rescar Companies, the largest privately held railcar service company in the United States and Canada. His Practice Areas include Commercial Litigation and General Business Law.
